1. Data Collection via Discord OAuth2
When you invite the bot or log into our Web Dashboard, we collect minimal data directly through the official Discord API to provide our services. We prioritize your privacy above all.
- Identifiers: Your Discord User ID, Username, and Avatar hash.
- Guild Data: The Server IDs where you have administrative permissions (only when logging into the dashboard).
- RPG Telemetry: In-game virtual balances, pets, achievements, and territory ownership are strictly linked to your Discord ID.
NO IP OR EMAIL LOGGING: We NEVER log, store, or process your IP addresses or your Discord-linked email addresses. Authentication relies entirely on your Discord ID token.
2. Message Processing, AutoMod & Analytics
To provide advanced moderation, security, and leveling features, the bot processes messages.
- Real-Time Scanning: The AutoMod engine scans messages temporarily in memory to detect phishing links or banned keywords. We do NOT permanently store your general chat messages.
- Support Tickets & Logs: If you or your server administrator use our Ticket System or Logging module, transcripts of specific channels and deleted messages may be permanently saved in our secure MongoDB database. The server administrators are the data controllers for this information.
- Levels & Analytics: We store basic metadata (such as message frequency and voice channel presence via VoiceMaster) to award XP and generate server analytics. No audio or message content is recorded for this purpose.
3. Inter-Community Modules (Global Chat & Marketplace)
Features designed to connect multiple servers operate differently regarding privacy.
- Global Broadcasts: Messages or items submitted to Global Chat or the Global Marketplace become public within the ecosystem. By participating, you waive the expectation of privacy for those specific messages.
- Data Retention: While we do not permanently archive global chat histories, active marketplace listings are stored until sold or removed.
4. Financial Data Isolation
All real-money transactions (Premium Subscriptions, Server Pro) are processed securely through our verified payment partner, Stripe.
- No Credit Card Storage: We NEVER see, process, or store your credit card numbers, CVC codes, or bank details on our servers.
- We only store a secure webhook reference (Subscription ID and Status) to apply your in-game premium perks.
5. GDPR Compliance & Data Deletion
In compliance with European GDPR, you have the absolute right to control your digital footprint within our ecosystem.
- Right to be Forgotten: You may request a complete and irreversible wipe of your RPG profile, inventory, economy balances, and telemetry data.
- Action: To exercise this right, you must contact our legal support email. Wipes are permanent and cannot be rolled back or refunded.
Simply kicking the bot from your server does not automatically delete your MongoDB profiles. A formal data wipe request must be submitted for complete erasure.
