Official legal agreement governing the use of the ServiBot ecosystem, economy, and integrations.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Age Restrictions

By inviting, accessing, or using the ServiBot Discord bot, Web Dashboard, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.

  • Minimum Age (GDPR Compliance): You must be at least 16 years old to use this service, or the minimum age required in your country if it is higher. If you are under this age, you are strictly prohibited from using the bot.
  • Financial Age: To make any purchases or subscriptions via Stripe, you must be 18 years of age or have explicit parental consent.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Custom Commands

Features like Custom Commands, Clans, and Tickets allow users to generate content. You are entirely responsible for the content you create.

  • Prohibited Content: You may not use the bot to generate, store, or distribute NSFW, NSFL, discriminatory, or illegal content. Doing so will result in an immediate global ban.
  • Liability: The Creator is not responsible for any offensive or damaging content created by users using our tools (e.g., custom commands). The server administrators who install the bot bear the responsibility of moderating their own UGC.

3. AutoMod, Security & AI Liability

The platform utilizes automated moderation engines (AutoMod), Captcha systems, and Generative AI to manage servers.

  • No Guarantees: While our Anti-Raid and AutoMod systems are robust, we do not guarantee 100% protection against raids or malicious actors. Server security ultimately remains the responsibility of the server staff.
  • Moderation Decisions & False Positives: AutoMod actions (bans, kicks, mutes) are final. The bot owner is NOT liable for any damages, loss of community members, or disruptions caused by false positives or moderation algorithms in your server.
  • "As Is" AI Output: AI-generated content is provided "AS IS". We assume zero liability for hallucinations or inaccurate statements.

4. Global Chat & Marketplace Conduct

The platform features inter-server communication modules (Global Chats and Global Markets). By participating, your messages are broadcasted to third-party servers.

  • Strict Moderation: You are solely responsible for the content you transmit. Sharing scams, malicious links, spam, or toxic behavior will trigger instantaneous global blacklisting from all interconnected modules.

5. Virtual Economy & RPG Assets

The platform features a digital economy with virtual currencies, stats, and items.

  • No Real-World Value: All virtual currencies, items, stats, and achievements hold ZERO real-world fiat value and cannot be cashed out.
  • Ownership: You do not own the virtual items in your inventory. The Creator grants you a limited, revocable license to use these digital items.

Selling in-game assets, currency, or accounts for real-world money (RWT) is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent, unappealable global ban.

6. Premium Subscriptions & No-Refund Policy

Payments for Premium ranks and Server Pro are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store credit card information.

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the digital nature of the goods provided, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS once a purchase has been completed.
  • Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback will result in immediate termination of your account, servers, and a permanent ban.

7. God-Mode & Termination of Service

The Creator retains absolute administrative authority over the entire ecosystem.

  • System Uptime: Availability of real-time systems (like VoiceMaster or Hubs) is not guaranteed. We may enter maintenance mode at any time without compensation for lost time.
  • Account Wipes & Economy Resets: The Creator reserves the right to ban any user, wipe any inventory, delete clans, or reset global economies at any time, for any reason (including balancing purposes), without notice or liability.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within the EU.
